If a dog is matted, these mats must be removed before any grooming can be done. This can be a long and even painful process for the dog. A waiver will be required to be signed by the dog owner before any grooming can be done. Also an additional hourly charge is assessed, (1 hour minimum), and then a new appointment may be required to schedule extra time that may not be available at the currently scheduled time.
